Snooze is an alarm clock application for Mac OS X and iTunes.
The advantage of this particular alarm clock application is that the program does not have to be constantly running in the background, draining system resources.
Instead, this application takes advantage of a system utility called cron that came with your Mac.
You only have to run Snooze to set the alarm time and choose which playlist to start playing in iTunes. After the alarm is set, simply quit the program and rest assured that the playlist will begin playing at the specified time.
Snooze utilizes classes from the fantastic and free Aqua front-end to cron called Cronnix to read and write data from the cron tabs.

Requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard (Universal).

Burrow is a simple Mac OS X Dashboard Widget that indicates whether or not a specified process is running and toggles the process when clicked.
Front
Back
The widget gauge indicates green if the process is running, and red if it is not. Images represent actual widget size.
The widget can monitor any terminal command. For example, I use it to monitor and start/stop a ssh tunnel (hence the name).

Requires Mac OS X 10.4.3 Tiger (Universal).

Chick Happens is a Mac OS X application that automatically downloads the latest episodes of The Bob and Tom Show and adds them to iTunes after applying custom ID3 tags.
I realize this application is extraordinarily niche, but it was born of my dissatisfaction with the podcatcher provided with the Bob and Tom VIP All Access Pass.
The offical podcatcher does not allow you to skip individual show segments, control the frequency of checking for new shows or provide any indication as to how the downloads are progressing.
I took this as an excuse to teach myself Objective-C and gain some experience developing for the Mac platform.

Requires Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger (Universal).

Make Image Square is an AppleScript droplet that uses Image Events and SIPS to force the height and width of an image to be equal, disregarding the aspect ratio.
To re-size images, simply drag them onto the droplet. The width and height applied is always the greater of the two. For example, if the image file was 100x300, this script will re-size it to be 300x300 and save the newly re-sized image to the desktop.
I find this script to be most useful when I am manually adding album art to my iTunes library.

Requires Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger (Universal).

StartScreenSaver is an extremely focused program for Windows XP that places an icon in the system tray which starts the screen saver when double clicked. No more, no less.
A second version of this program is also included in the download, which simply starts the screen saver immediately when run.

Both require Windows XP and the .NET framework.
